New features and functionality
- Difference report:
- A new comparison feature is available from the button bar located at the top of the project list. This calculates the difference between the results from two analyses and presents the Summary and Cashflow reports as difference reports.
- Monthly input data:
- A monthly input data range can be defined for input data profiles.
- See Chapter 3, “Project editor”, in the reference manual for more details.
- Settings editor and settings report:
- A settings editor and settings report are available from the project editor for easier overview and updating of multiple data profile settings.
- See Chapter 5, “Project settings editor”, in the reference manual.
- Sensitivity type Move:
- The Sensitivity type Move has been added to sensitivity calculations and can now be defined for individual profiles. This action moves a profile by an integer number of years in a sensitivity analysis.
- See Chapter 6, “Analysis parameters, Sensitivities” in the reference manual.
- BOE as a general input and report unit:
- Barrel of oil equivalent (BOE) is now available as a unit in the drop-down menus for quantity input profiles and report profiles.
Updates
- Prices and inflation rates output to reports:
- Prices used in analyses together with currencies from the Assumptions file are now available in User-Defined reports and the Profiles report.
- User-defined Assumptions files:
- In the Preferences settings accessible from the Start window, a folder location can be defined for user-defined Assumptions files. All assumptions files in this folder location will now automatically be loaded and available from the drop-down menu in the Economic assumptions window. The element will be defined as “[User defined]”.
- Input profiles report enhancements:
- In the Input profiles report, there is now a radio button for Report start year.
- Calculation start:
- The data profiles display and NPV calculated values will be based on the Calculation start setting.
- Project start:
- The data profiles display and NPV calculated values will be based on the Project start year, meaning that all input data values will be used when calculating the results.
- Enhancements to User-Defined reports:
- Discount rates are now output to User-Defined reports. This means that NPV values can be calculated on any data profiles or any combination of, subset of, or derived data from the output to the user-defined report.
